Hijack Season 1

Hijack (Season1) is a tense real time seven-part thriller that follows the journey of a hijacked plane making its way from Dubai to London. Whilst the authorities on the ground scramble to make sense of what’s happening, a passenger, accomplished business negotiator Sam Nelson decides to step up and use all his guile to try and save the lives of the passengers. But, this high-risk strategy could be his undoing.

The series is executive produced by Jamie Laurenson and Hakan Kousetta for 60Forty Films, alongside George Kay and Jim Field Smith for Idiotlamp Productions. Idris Elba and Kris Thykier also serve as executive producers for Green Door Pictures.

Idris Elba received an Emmy Award nomination for his performance in Hijack.
